If one person in this company was paid interest and received a 1099 INT, how do I include that owner in the magnetic media file that I am supposed to submit to the IRS?

This is not something that can be done from within our software. You would have to modify that magnetic media file after it's been created. The file created by our software is shown as a 1099-MISC type of 1099, not as the INT.
