We are interested in learning our options for allowing partners to log in and view their monthly statements. What can we do?

The Online Reporting option gives you the ability to have a website that hosts your owner's reports. They can then login to download & view any of their Owner Distribution Statements, JIB Statements, Stub Statement and 1099s that you have uploaded.

Each owner would receive their own login which would give them access to just their reports.

The Web site is hosted on our server and can be linked from an existing website if your company already has one.

The cost to purchase and setup the Online Reporting option is $2,500.
The cost for monthly hosting is $50 per month.

You can login with the following usernames:

User: royalty Password: owner
User: admin Password: admin

These will give you a feel for what a regular owner sees as opposed to an administrative user.
