Whenever we close a revenue run and a well has no production, it does not print an owner statement to say there is no production. How can we get the Accounting Manager Pro to print a statement for a well with no production so when can mail to owner? (AM)

You can use the Tasks > Disbursement and JIB Tasks > Statement Notes screen to enter a descriptive note telling the owners why there's no production this month. As long as there were expenses or some other kind of activity for the well, the notes will print. This is mainly used for printing a statement for the royalty owners when there were only expenses for a well during a run.

If there was no revenue or expenses at all for the run, there is not a way to print a statement showing that, as the well won't even be processed during the closing process, due to its inactivity. In order for the notes that you enter to show on their statements, there has to be either a revenue or expense entry of some kind.
