We need to change the way the due date appears on the house gas invoices. Right now it is the date that I put the meter readings in. I have been getting calls and nasty notes recently because they get the invoice after the stated due date. Can we fix this so it says due upon receipt?

You can modify the format to reflect this. Modify the House Gas Invoice format under the Utilities > Modify Invoice Formats menu. Double-click the dInvDate field beside the "Due Date" label, and change the expression to be dDueDate, and then say OK. This will then make the statements print the due date of the invoice, which is the invoice date, plus any terms that you've specified for the invoices to be created with on the House Gas Options screen.
