No, when the transfer is done, it changes the past history to match to the new owner, so the system has no memory of how the interest was originally. This is why it's so important to print out the transfer report that is generated when the transfer is completed.
When you transfer the interest with the utility a report will appear at that time. It will not come back up at a later time; it must be printed and filed if you want to look at it at a later time.
You can look at the well/interest listing report. The options on this report allow you to see what the interest was as of a specific run. You can keep looking at this for different runs until you see that the interest changes.
We do not have a report that will just show when, how, and by what an interest changed.
Another option is: On the Division of Interest screen it shows the last time an interest was updated. If you know a specific interest that changes you can pull up that interest and the fields at the bottom of the screen will show you when that interest was last updated. That may be helpful to you when researching the well interest/listing report.
