    When I print a Well Production Summary report the column "Paid to Working Interest" does not include any "Other Income" in that total. Is there a way to have this be included or should I use a different income category?

    On that report, mark the option to "Recalculate Working and Royalty Totals," and then check the numbers again. That recalculates the past data to determine how much was paid out, and should include OTH revenue. You'll only need to mark it once before running the report, as it recalculates all past years/periods.

    Is there a way to print out a production report for just one month? Also, can it be printed with wells listed continuously instead of each well on a separate page?

    There are a few different options depending on the amount of detail you want to see.

    The Production Report has an option in that report filter to Report by Month, and you can also select the period range that you want to view. For example: if you want to view January's activity, enter 2008/01 as the year and period for the Beginning and Ending year and period. This will allow you to see all activity for that period. This report can be based on Production Year (data will be pulled based on the production period of the entries), or by Accounting Year (data will be pulled based on the accounting date of the run the activity was processed on).

    Well Revenue/Expense Detail report has the ability to be viewed by production period range, rather than Run number. If viewed by production period range, you can select 01 2008 as your beginning and ending period range to view the production assigned to January only. Keep in mind, this will report all activity within January's production period not just what has already been processed on a run closing.

    I need to print a report that shows the oil revenue and the gas revenue separate from each other. I only see reports that only give the total of the oil & gas revenue together as one number. Is there a way to print a report that lists them separate?

    The Production Report has a grand total for both oil and gas separately.

    With the new updates, can you not view the production reports information before closing? I have entered my production receipts, but only the well expenses, which we enter in well revenue by well and a negative value out are showing on the report - typically I will check my numbers before closing a run, but it is not pulling in the information needed to do this. Is this a correction to the updates? Or should I look into something else?

    The Production Reports under the Well Reports menu only shows activity that has been processed on a run closing. If you want to verify the information entered prior to closing your run, I'd recommend that you view the Well Revenue/Expense Detail and the Well Revenue Operating Summary reports for the New Run. Any report that can be viewed for the New Run will allow you to proof your data-entry prior to closing the run.
