Usage Report

The House Gas Usage report shows the total usage for the selected range of months for the specified group.

Order By
Selects whether the report will be ordered by the owner ID or the owner name.

Base Report on
Selects whether the report will be based on the date of the reading or the date of the invoice.

Beginning and Ending Month/Year
The range of years and months on which you wish to report. The statement will show usage for each month, totals for each owner and a report total.

First/Last Owner
The range of owners and meter numbers on which you wish to report. The owners can either be chosen by typing in their ID or by clicking on the lookup button.

Meter Description
The description of the meter that ties to the selected owner.

Group
Determines the well group on which you wish to report.
