Edit User Accounts

User Accounts allow you to setup different users in the software with different permissions. You can setup as many users as desired.

If you do not want to have to login then you can disable this feature under the Special Utilities menu by selecting "Enable/Disable Login". You will need to contact SherWare support for a special code before you can disable the login.

Users
All users that are setup will be listed on this tab. You can click on the Add button to add a new user, or select a user then click on the edit or delete button.
A user is setup by company, you will need to setup each user within each company that you want them to have access to.

Groups
If you will have multiple users with the same privileges then you may want to setup a group. You can then assign the group to each user instead of clicking on each individual privilege.
