View Toolbars

The Primary Navigation Toolbar is the only toolbar option available. If the toolbar is not visible on your screen you can make it appear by checking the box and clicking apply.

Buttons on the Primary Navigation Toolbar:

Save - White sheet of paper with the top right corner Bent. Saves any changes made to the visible record.

Edit - A hand holding a pencil, writing on a piece of paper. This button will be grayed out unless you have the "Turn on Edit Mode" option marked in the "Misc Preferences" window. When edit mode is enabled you will have to click this edit button prior to making any changes to the record.

Delete - A red X. Deletes the current record that is showing on a window.

Print - A printer. Only enabled when viewing a report. Prints the report that you are viewing.

Cut - A pair of scissors. Removes the selected text and places it on the clipboard.

Copy - Two pages side by side with bent corners. Makes a copy of the currently highlighted text and places it on the clipboard.

Paste - A small piece of paper with a bent corner over a clipboard. Takes the information that is on the clipboard and places it on the window where the cursor is currently located.

Undo - A curved line and arrow pointing to the left. Backs out the last edit that you have made to this window and changes it back to the way it was before it was edited.

Redo - A curved line and arrow pointing to the right. This can only be used after the Undo button is used. If you pressed undo to reverse an edit that you have made you can press redo and it will reverse the undo, or put it back the way it was originally before the Undo button was used.

First - A vertical line with the head of an arrow pointing to the left. When viewing a window that has multiple records this button will take you to the first record on the window.

Previous - An arrow pointing to the left. When viewing a window that has multiple records this button will take you to the previous record, or record located just before the currently visible record.

Next - An arrow pointing to the right. When viewing a window that has multiple records this button will take you to the next record, or record located just after the currently visible record.

Last - A vertical line with the head of an arrow pointing to the right. When viewing a window that has multiple records this button will take you to the first record on the window.

Revert - A hand holding a pencil, writing on a piece of paper with a small x above the hand. Reverts the record back to the way it was the last time it was saved. If you have made any amount of changes to a record and do not want to save them. You can press this button to discard the changes and get the record back to the way it was the last time it was saved.

List - Multiple horizontal lines with an arrow pointing down. This will bring up a separate window that will show a list of all records for the currently active window. You can select a desired record from the list to view it on the window.

Save - A floppy disk. Saves the changes to the record.
