Change Registration Code

This window stores your registration for the software. Without a proper registration code the software will be in demo mode, or will indicate that your support has expired. Some features within the software are enabled based on the registration code.

Client ID - The client ID for your company that was assigned by SherWare.

Registered Company - The name of your company. This does not have to be exactly the way that you are registered with SherWare. The name used here will be attached to any emails or errors that you submit to SherWare support through the software so that we can identify where the message is coming from.

Registration Code - The code assigned to you by SherWare support when you either purchased the software or renewed your support policy.

This code is unique for the support policy that you have purchased. You will be assigned a new code every year when your support plan is renewed.

The code is stored on each individual computer. If the software is installed on a network or you need to install on multiple computers, you will need to enter the registration on each computer.

Vista Users: Vista requires that you are an admin user when changing the registration code. When opening the software in Vista the time that you are going to change the registration code, right click on the SherWare icon and choose "Run as administrator." Change the registration code after you have opened the software this way. The registration code will then not reset after the software is closed.
