Create Delay Rental Checks

Delay Rental checks are created here. After creating them they will be placed in QuickBooks. You can then print them directly from QuickBooks.

The delay rental checks are part of the Land Management module, which is an optional module so your program may not have the delay rental check capability. Contact SherWare Support If you are interested in adding this capability.

Check Date
The date entered here will show on the check.

Create Checks for Payments Due As Of:
Choose how far in the future you want to print delay rental checks for at this time. Any delay rentals due on or before the date specified will generate a record when you click Select Pmts.

Select Pmts
After you have selected your desired dates, choose Select Payments. This will open a window showing you all lease obligations due during the date range selected. Select the payments you wish to create checks for, and then click Create Checks. The account used for the delay rental checks will be the bank account chosen in the Land Management Preferences.

Exit
Closes the Create Delay Rental Checks screen.
