Open a Closed Revenue Run

Use this utility to open closed revenue runs. Revenue runs must be opened in the order in which they were closed. If the checks from a revenue run were printed, opening the run will void the checks. Choose the run you wish to open from the pull-down menu, and then click Re-Open.

You will not be able to open a closed run if payments from owners in deficit have been applied.

If the run has already been posted to QuickBooks the software will know that it needs to remove the run posting from QuickBooks prior to opening the run and it will do so automatically. You do not have to choose to remove the posting from QuickBooks prior to opening the run.
