Open a Closed JIB Run

Use this utility to open closed JIB runs. JIB runs must be opened in the order in which they were closed. Choose the run you wish to open from the pull-down menu, and then click Re-Open.

You will not be able to open a closed JIB run if payments have been received from owners and applied to the payment.
