Errors

Errors can be frustrating when using any software program. If you do come across an error it can often be fixed by simply updating and reindexing your files from under the Utilities menu. It is also best to make sure that you are updated to the latest version of the software, in case the error has already been corrected with a maintenance update through our History Patch download. If this does not fix it, you should contact SherWare support. The best way to inform us of an error is to send SherWare Technical Support (support@sherware.com) a detailed email with the error, what version of the software you are at and a description of what process you were using along with any additional information. If the error has "more information" you should include that as well.
