Well JIB Expense Detail Report

The Well JIB Expense Detail report shows any JIB expenses that will be or have been processed. Amounts reported in the Net column are amounts that have been or will be processed on a JIB Run closing. Amounts reported in the Gross column include 'Net' owners' share of expense.

Report By
Allows you to specify whether you want to report by Run Number, Production Period Range, or Accounting Date Range.
Run No: Viewing the report for the "New Run" will display all revenue/expenses that have been entered but have not processed on a run closing yet and are not in the allocation file. Viewing the report for a specific run will only display the revenue/expenses that processed on the specified run closing.
Production Period Range: Marking this option will report revenue/expenses based on the production period which is the month that the revenue or expense actually took place. This allows you to view the detail for a range of time regardless of when you received a statement for it and when it processed on a run closing. This will only report on revenue and expenses that have been processed on a run closing.
Accounting Period Range: Marking this option will report revenue/expenses based on the accounting date used on the bill or production receipt when it was entered. This allows you to view the detail for a range of time regardless of when it processed on a run closing. This will only report on revenue and expenses that have been processed on a run closing.

Run No/Period range
Choose the run or period range you want to run the report for. Change what you report by to switch between these.

Group
The group of wells for which this report is to be generated. Since runs are closed by group, this option disappears when a closed run is chosen to report on.

Accounting Date
The accounting date used for this report. Only expenses in a new run with a date on or before this date will be processed for the report. Since a date is specified when closing a run, this option disappears when a closed run is chosen to report on.

First/Last Well
The range of wells to process for the report.

Page Break by Well
Starts a new page for every well. This will prevent multiple wells from appearing on the same page.
