Well JIB Operating Summary Report

The Well JIB Operating Summary is a report that consists of one or more pages per well, listing expenses along with owner details for JIB owners.

Run No.
The run on which you wish to report. If New Run is chosen, the report will include all expenses that haven't been processed in a run closing.

Group
The group of wells for which this report is to be generated. Since runs are closed by group, this option disappears when a closed run is chosen to report on.

Accounting Date
The accounting date used for this report. Only expenses in a new run with a date on or before this date will be processed for the report. Since a date is specified when closing a run, this option disappears when a closed run is chosen to report on.

First/Last Well
The range of wells to process for the report.

Only Print Wells With Rounding
Only wells that have any rounding will appear on the report if this option is marked. This option makes it easier to audit any rounding issues that may exist on a run closing.

Exclude "Dummy" Owners
When this option is marked the dummy owner will be left off of the report.
