Well Revenue Operating Summary

The Well Revenue Operating Summary is a report that consists of one or more pages per well, listing income and expenses for the run specified along with a breakdown of royalty owner and working interest disbursements.

Run No.
The run on which you wish to report. If New Run is chosen, the report will include all revenue that hasn't been processed in a run closing.

Group
The group of wells this report is to be generated for.

Accounting Date
Enter the accounting date to use on the report. Only revenue or expenses on or before this date will be shown on the report when reporting on a new run.

First Well
The first well ID in the range of wells to process for the report.

Last Well
The last well ID in the range of wells to process for the report.

Group Royalty Owners Together
If checked, this option will combine all royalty owners in each well into a single line item, instead of reporting them all individually.

Include Flat Rates on Report
Mark this option if you are viewing the report for any wells that have a flat rate interest. This will include the amounts allocated to flat rate owners in the royalty owner section and will reduce the amount allocated to working interest owners.

Only Print Wells With Rounding
Only wells that have any rounding will appear on the report if this option is marked. This option makes it easier to audit any rounding issues that may exist on a run closing.
