Owner Stub Statements

The Owner Stub Statement will show summarized detail lines for all income and expense that make up the disbursement check generated. This report can only be viewed by closed run number.

Run No.
The run on which you wish to report.

First Owner and Last Owner
The first and last owner ID in the range of owners for which statements will be generated.

Only Print for Owners Marked to Get Summary Statements
When this option is marked the statements will only be created for owners with an "Owner Statement Type" of "Summary (Stub) Stmt" specified for them on the options tab of the owner information window.

Email Statements to Owners
Marking this option will email the statements to each respective owner in the range when you press the email button. The email preferences must be setup under the edit menu and each owners email address must be specified on the owner information window in order to use this option.

Types of Income That Can Be Listed on the Statement
G = Gas
O= Oil
P = Other
T = Trans
M = Misc
E = Expense
