Owner YTD & ITD Statements

To report on the Owner's Year-To-Date and Inception-To-Date totals, choose the Owner YTD and ITD Totals report. This report shows the owners' totals for each interest they have in a well in year-to-date and inception-to-date figures.

Sort By
Choose the sort order for the report. The report can be sorted by Owner ID or by Owner Name.

First Owner ID
Choose the owner ID of the first owner to include in the report.

Last Owner ID
Choose the owner ID of the last owner to include in the report.

Beginning Well ID
Choose the well ID of the first well to include in the report.

Ending Well ID
Choose the well ID of the last well to include in the report.

Start a New Page For Each Owner
Put a page break between each owner's report.

Show Net Revenue Received
An additional column titled "Net Revenue" will be included on the report if this option is marked. Otherwise it will be left off the report.

"Should the YTD & ITD Totals be recalculated before this report is run?"
When previewing the report this message will appear asking you if you want to recalculate the totals. Due to the time that it takes to calculate these amounts we store them in the software so that the report doesn't have to recalculate every time you view it. This is helpful when viewing the report a number of times in a short time period. If this is the first time that you are viewing the report for a while then you should recalculte the totals so that they are up to date.

Reading the Report:

Well ID Column
Each interest that an owner has in a well will appear as a line on the report. If an owner has multiple interests in a well then the you will see multiple lines for that well.

Interest Column
The interest showing for the line will vary depending on what type of interest it is:
- WI: If an owner's interest is specified as a Working Interest in the "owner type" field of the division of interest window then the ITD and YTD report will show the percentage specified in the "Working Interest" field of the interest.
- RI/ORRI: If an owner's interest is specified as a Royalty or Override Interest in the "owner type" field of the division of interest window then the ITD and YTD report will show the percentage specified in the "Oil Revenue" field of the interest. If the Oil revenue is not filled out then it will show the interest in the "Gas Revenue" field.
- None: If the owner's interest in the well no longer exists then it will report as zero percent.
