1099 Summary

This report will list each owner or vendor that a 1099 will be printed for and the respective amounts that will be printed in box 2 (Royalties) and box 7 (Non-Employee Income). This report can be used to check that all owners' 1099 information is correct.

SherWare does not print a 1096 to go along with the 1099, but the information needed for the 1096 can be viewed on this report.

Include 1099s For
All 1099s - include 1099s for both the owners and vendors within the range given below.
Owners - include 1099s for the owners within the range given below.
Vendors - include 1099s for the vendors within the range given below.

Accounting Year
The accounting year for the 1099s.

Beginning ID
The first owner or vendor ID to be included in the range for the report. If both owners and vendors have been chosen, this will be 'First'.

Ending ID
The last owner or vendor ID to be included in the range for the report. If both owners and vendors have been chosen, this will be 'Last'.

Print By Well
If the 1099s were created by well, the summary must also be printed by well.
