If you have any questions about the software or how it is performing, we are more than happy to work with you. We greatly appreciate your help in referring to the resources that we provide to find your answer before contacting us. Many times the answers to your questions can be found in the User Manual, Getting Started Guide, Support Forum and this help program.
The fastest way for you to get an issue resolved is to send us an e-mail with a detailed description of what you were doing and what your issue is. This will save a lot of time on the phone, which is convenient for you and all of our other clients with issues. When you send an e-mail to support@pivoten.com it is received by all Pivoten staff. This insures that you get a quick and full response. This also lets us keep a better record of any prior conversations. We prefer to receive support issues through e-mail. Calling is a good way to contact us. However, please leave a message if you do not reach us the first time. If we are resolving an issue over the phone with another client, we will not be able to answer your call. We constantly check our phone messages and return all calls promptly. We also regularly receive issues via fax.
