It’s also a central meeting area for discussion and assistance with other users of our software. The forums are a great place to post region-specific questions that our support staff may not be able to answer, but fellow users can. An example would be to ask about upcoming changes for your state’s tax filing. With customers in more 30 states, if you have a question on a current regulation or changes to a tax code it is likely that another fellow operator has already ran into the same issues.
