Enter Statement Notes

Statement notes are notes that will display on an Owner Distribution Statement after the given well. Different types of notes can be entered and you can choose the type of owner you want to see the note on their statement.

Important Points to Remember:

You can enter one note per well for each run.

The statement notes must be entered before the run is closed.

When you enter a statement note, it will only appear on the statements for the next closed run. They will be cleared out after the run is closed.

Well ID
Enter the Well ID that the statement notes will be entered for. The well name will then show in the Well Name field.

Enter Notes
Click this button to enter the notes. Another window will appear allowing you to enter the notes and choose which type of owner's statements you want the notes to appear on.

Free form notes can be entered with as many lines as needed to display on the owner's statements for this well. Once the note has been entered, choose which type of owner you want the note to be viewable by on their owner statements.
