Print State 1099 Forms

This will send the 1099s to the printer to print. A screen will appear that will allow you to select the year the 1099s are for, the type of printer (dot matrix or laser), whether there are any corrections, and the range of vendors or investors for which the 1099s are to be printed. This should be printed on the pre-printed IRS 1099 forms.

State
The state that you want to print the 1099s for.

Accounting Year
The accounting year the 1099s are for.

Beginning ID
The first owner or vendor ID included in the range for the report. If both owners and vendors have been chosen, this will be 'First.'

Ending ID
The last owner or vendor ID included in the range for the report. If both owners and vendors have been chosen, this will be 'Last.'

Corrections
If selected, an X will be placed in the corrected box on the 1099 form.

Mask Recipient Tax IDs
A security feature that allows you to print the reports without the tax ID showing.
