Well History Adjustments
Well History is where historical amounts are stored. Once something is processed on a run closing the totals will be summarized by well and production period and stored as well history. This history is then used when viewing reports that display historical numbers for a given month or range of time.
This window allows you to adjust the history that is stored for a well. Generally this is done if you want to fill in the well totals from prior to when you started using the software. You can make slight adjustments if you need to make a correction for a well, but generally if something needs corrected you would not use this window because any changes made here will not be processed on a run closing so your investors would not have record of the change.
You will only be able to see manual adjustments to the history on this window. Entries created from a run closing will not display for you.
If you have Direcly Paid or Dummy owners in the well, you will receive a message when you save the record asking "Should this now value be copied to the gross oil income in the well history file?" Choosing yes, will make these numbers equal to the well's gross totals which includes dummy and directly paid interests. Choosing now will make these totals only represent the interests that you are responsible for. The well reports will then show a larger number because they include the dummy and direct paid interests.
The information entered on this screen will NOT be reflected on any reports that are for a specific run number. The information entered here will only affect historical reports.

Well ID
The ID of the well you are entering history for.
Revenue/JIB Record
Choose if this record is for a Revenue run closing, or JIB run closing. If you are entering historical information that was not previously processed within the Disbursement & JIB Manager (Integrated Edition), choose Revenue Record.
Year
Production year of this well history entry.
Period
Production period (month) of this well history entry.
Date
The date of this historical entry. For records processed due to run closings, this will be the posting date of the run closing.
Group
Choose the group that this well is a part of.
Run No
The run number this well history was processed on.
Run Year
The run year this well history was processed on.
Gas Income
The dollar amount of gas income for this well.
Oil Income
The dollar amount of oil income for this well.
Misc Income 1
The dollar amount of miscellaneous income 1 for this well.
Total MCF
The total MCF for this well.
Total BBL
The total BBL for this well.
Misc Income 2
The dollar amount of miscellaneous income 2 for this well.
Other Income
The dollar amount of other income for this well.
Trans Income
The dollar amount of Transportation income for this well. (This is usually a negative number for the amount of transportation charged for gas revenue on this well.)
Flat Rate Gas
The dollar amount of gas income paid to flat rate owners with an interest in gas revenue.
Flat Rate Oil
The dollar amount of oil income paid to flat rate owners with an interest in oil revenue.
Days On
The days on for this well's production period.
Compression
The dollar amount of compression charged for gas revenue on this well.
Gathering
The dollar amount of gathering charged for gas revenue on this well.
Total Salt Water
The number of barrels of salt water hauled for this well.
Class 0 Exp
The dollar amount of expenses billed to the Working Interest owners for this well, based on the amount billed to the working interest expense class.
Class 1 Exp
The dollar amount of expenses billed to owners with an interest in Expense Class 1.
Class 2 Exp
The dollar amount of expenses billed to owners with an interest in Expense Class 2.
Class 3 Exp
The dollar amount of expenses billed to owners with an interest in Expense Class 3.
Class 4 Exp
The dollar amount of expenses billed to owners with an interest in Expense Class 4.
Class 5 Exp
The dollar amount of expenses billed to owners with an interest in Expense Class 5.
Paid to Royalty Owners
The dollar amount of total revenue paid to Royalty and Override owners in the well.
Paid to Working Owners
The dollar amount of total revenue paid to Working Interest owners in the well.
Gas Tax 1 - Gas Tax 4
The amounts withheld for the four different types of gas tax.
Oil Tax 1 - Oil Tax 4
The amounts withheld for the four different types of oil tax.
Other Tax 1 - Other Tax 4
The amounts withheld for the four different types of other product tax.

The amount withheld as alternate gas severance tax for royalty and override owners on this well.

The amount withheld as alternate gas severance tax for working interest owners on this well.

The amount withheld as alternate oil severance tax for royalty and override owners on this well.
