Reset Automatic Update Reminder

When opening the software a dialogue window will appear if any updates are available. The user has the ability to postpone the reminder and not do the update. If the reminder is postponed, the update is not mentioned again until the postpone date has passed. This utility lets the user reset the postponed reminder, so that they will once again be reminded of any updates that are available.
