Remove Revenue Run From QuickBooks

All entries that were posted to QuickBooks during 'Post Revenue Run to QuickBooks' task will be removed by this utility. This will remove everything from Quickbooks for the selected run, except the checks which will be marked as void. This does not affect the revenue run so all reporting will still be the same. This only removes the posting from QuickBooks.

This utility will be helpful if you need to update the account that something was posted to.

You can post and remove a run as many times as you need. Just keep in mind that you will have a list of voided checks left in QuickBooks every time you remove the run.

Opening a Revenue Run:
When the Open a Closed Revenue Run utility is used it will automatically remove any posting for the selected run. You do not have to use this utility to remove the posting prior to opening it. The software will know to do both if the run has already been posted.
