Account Setup

All accounts in the chart of accounts will need to be setup in QuickBooks.

You can view your chart of accounts in QuickBooks under the "List" menu by choosing Chart of Accounts. Add new accounts by clicking on the "Account" button and choosing "New." Choose a category for the account then you will be able to fill out the account name and other information.

You do not need to synchronize new accounts with SherWare because SherWare will pull the list of account names from QuickBooks each time it is requested.

We do not have a sample list of accounts available because we have found that the desired accounts vary greatly from company to company.
