Receive Payments

JIB Owner Payments will be received in QuickBooks by choosing "Receive Payments" from the "Customer" menu. Choose the customer and fill out the top of the form. Then mark the JIB Invoices that this owner's payment is for.

NET Owner Payments should not be received in QuickBooks. You will receive them in SherWare on the "Receive Owner Net Payments" screen.

House Gas Payments will be received in QuickBooks by choosing "Receive Payments" from the "Customer" menu. Choose the customer and fill out the top of the form. Then mark the house gas invoices that this owner's payment is for.
