Posting a Closed Revenue Run

Nothing will post to QuickBooks when a Revenue Run is closed. It waits to post this information until after the checks for the run are printed. After you have printed the checks, you will have to choose to "Post Revenue Run to QuickBooks." At this time all of the run closing information will post to QuickBooks. This will post the checks that were created as well as everything else that processed on the run closing like the clearing of the clearing accounts, taxes, and owners marked to post income and expenses to QuickBooks. All of these will post with the date that was chosen as the posting date when the run was closed.
