Form 6/6A Summary

Print Form 6 Summary

Once the Form 6 file has been created, a summary can be printed here.

Report Type
Select the type of summary on which you wish to report. The Form 6/6A Summary shows the totals for the wells and the Form 6 Royalty Owners shows the totals for the owners.

Year:
Enter the year of the file you wish to print.

First Well:
Select the first well in the range of wells to be printed.

Last Well:
Select the last well in the range of wells to be printed.
