Print Form 6 & 6A

Print Form 6/6A

Once the Form 6 file has been created, the 6 and 6A forms can be printed by going to Reports> State Compliance Reports> Ohio> Print Form 6 & 6A.

Report Type
Form 6A shows the totals for the wells, and the Form 6 shows the totals for the royalty owners.

Year:
Enter the year of the file you wish to print.

County
Select the county to be included in the report.

First Well:
Select the first well in the range of wells to be printed.

Last Well:
Select the last well in the range of wells to be printed.

The schedule showing the valuation of Royalty interests will appear automatically after you close the Form 6 preview window.
