State 1099 Misc Replacement Report

This report allows you to print State 1099s on blank paper to send to your investors or vendors, instead of using the pre-printed forms. The report produces a legal tax document that has one vendor or investor's information per page. This State 1099-Misc Replacement form should only be used if filing your state 1099s electronically.

Here are descriptions for each field on this screen:

State
The state that the 1099 is for.

Accounting Year
The accounting year for the 1099s.

Beginning ID
The first owner or vendor ID to be included in the range for the report. If both owners and vendors have been chosen, this will be 'First.'

Ending ID
The last owner or vendor ID to be included in the range for the report. If both owners and vendors have been chosen, this will be 'Last.'

Mask Recipient Tax IDs
A security feature that allows you to print the reports without the tax ID showing.
