Owner 1099 Reconciliation Report for 2008 and Earlier

You will probably not use this report. This report will only be used if you want to view the owner 1099 reconciliation for 1099s that were created in older versions of SherWare. If you previously used and created 1099s in DMIE version 2 then you will need to use this report to see the reconciliation for those years. Generally this would be for 1099s created in SherWare for 2008 and prior. If you did not convert to the new versions right away then you may need to use this report when viewing your 2009 1099s as well. If you purchased the software in 2009 or later then you will never use this report.

Base Report On - In the older versions of the software you could choose to base the 1099s on either the production or accounting year. Generally, accounting year will be marked. If you choose production year, the report totals may not match 1099 totals, as 1099 totals are based on accounting year disbursed.

Year - The year that you want to print 1099 MISC Replacement form for.

First/Last Owner - The first and last IDs in the range that you want to view the report for. "First" and "Last" will be used to indicate that the range will either start or end with the first/last ID in the range when including all 1099s.

Include Suspense Activity - This option should only be marked if you had the same option marked when you created the 1099 for the selected year.

Treat Transportation Revenue as Expense - If any marketing costs that should not be reported on 1099s have been entered as transportation using the TRANS revenue type it can affect the gross income that is reporting on the 1099. With this option marked the software will ignore the TRANS revenue in the gross income and show it as an expense.
