Class Tracking

Wells are added to QuickBooks as Classes when you synchronize. If you are not able to see the well names in or classes in QuickBooks then you may have "Class Tracking" turned off.

The option that determines if class tracking is turned on or off is under the Edit menu in the Accounting Preferences. Under the Company Preferences tab is an option to "Use class tracking". Mark this option if you would like to be able to see the well name referenced on the detail that you view in QuickBooks.

You can turn class tracking on by going to the edit menu in QuickBooks and selecting preferences. Select the Accounting Preferences, click on the Company preferences tab, then mark the option to use class tracking. You will then be able to select "Class List" from the Lists menu in QuickBooks.
