Well Division Orders

The "Well Division Orders" report allows you to print out a division order from within the software. It will list each owner with his percentage and include a signature section for them to sign with their approval.

Before using the report you will have to setup the interests on the Division of Interest window. This report will then pull the owners and interests from it.

First/Last Well
Select the well or range of wells that you would like to have a Division Order Printed for.

Effective Date
The date entered here will print on the Division order as the Effective date. The report is the only place this date will appear. If you re-run the report at a later time you will have to remember to enter the same date again so that it shows up on the report again.

Put each interest on a page
By default, the report will list all interests in the well on one page. If you would like to split it up so each owner does not see the other owner's interests then you can mark this option. It will then print a page for each owner in the well with only the respective interest showing.

Note: The interests on this report will appear as a decimal (100% = 1.00) while they are whole numbers on the division of interest window (100% = 100.00).

Modify the Layout
You can edit the text and change the format of the report if needed. This can be done under the utilities menu by choosing Modify Reports, then "Division Order".
