Old Owner Suspense Report

Under the Other Reports menu is a report named Old Owner Suspense Report. This report will show the suspense balances as they were with the suspense processing in DMIE version 2 and AM version 5. It will not show any suspense that was created from the newer versions. If you started using SherWare after these versions then you will never need to use this report. If you did use SherWare during these versions then you can look at this report to see a detailed breakdown of an owners suspense balance when the old processing was used.

The main reason that this report is used is when reconciling your suspense accounts or when researching an owner's suspense balance when an owner has been in suspense for an extended period of time.
