How do I get the check dates to be today, but to post into QuickBooks for the prior month? The checks we write now are for February transactions. They will be dated March, but are for February production, as such, should be in February financials. How do I close the revenue run to make this happen?

Use the Advanced Posting option in the Close a Revenue Run screen. This allows you to use different dates for posting date, and check date.
