We purchased the additional land module when we got SherWare and we have a question about it. Can we type in the metes & bounds description and have SherWare calculate the net acres for us when it is a rather complex description?

Our software doesn't do anything with calculating the acres based on the metes & bounds descriptions. You can store that information in the legal description field, but our software won't do any calculations based on it. I know there are programs out there that will do those calculations based on the metes & bounds data, but it's beyond the scope of our software.
