  • Printing/Previewing Reports

When I review operating reports for the month prior to our distribution, I like to print out some for my boss to review. I always wait until I'm done and go back in to each well and print. Is there a way, while you are looking at a report on your screen to print just that one, and continue on with my review?

No, unfortunately, there's not a way to print just the current page, and have the preview stay open. About the best you can do is click the "Go To Page" button when viewing a report (it's the one that looks like a stack of pages between the forward/back buttons on the report toolbar that comes up while viewing a report).

When you do that, it tells you the page number that you're currently viewing. You can jot that down to build a list of pages you want printed as you review the report, and then when you print the report, you can just give it those pages to print. You'd just enter something like 25,33,56,104,110 to print just the selected pages. Kind of a cheesy workaround, but that's about the best way it can be handled.
