Is it possible to have a total page for the program history report that totals all the wells and investors by investors so that I would have a total distributed to that investor for the program?

You can't get that total from the Program History report, but you can get it by running the Owner Reports > Yearly Disbursement Summary report and marking the option to Report by Program. If you want to see the totals for just a specific run, you can mark that same option on the Owner Reports > Disbursement Summary report, and view it for the desired run.
