History

The History Adjustment screens can be used to enter past history into the Disbursement and JIB Manager (Integrated Edition). The system uses history for generating well production reports and owner 1099's. Previous information will need to be added if you started using the Disbursement and JIB Manager in the middle of the year. If you want previous well history and owner history available for these reports and 1099's, you will need to enter that information. Previous amounts can be lumped together into one production entry per well (or owner) per year or entered as multiple entries.

The owner's beginning suspense balance should be entered through the Suspense Beginning Balances for any positive amount held in suspense, or negative deficit that the owner owes you.
