The Help Menu allows you to find answers for questions, get information on your software, and update to the latest version.
The Help Menu:
The Help files can be accessed through Topics. This will display an online version of our User Manual.
Takes you to our online help file. This will be the most update version of the help file that we have available.
Information on the Registration, Contact Info, and Filepaths.
Provides the version information of the Disbursement and JIB Manager Integrated Edition. This information should be provided to the SherWare Technical Support staff when requesting support.
If you have any reason to contact SherWare Support you can fill out this form to send an e-mail to SherWare Support. You must be connected to the Internet for the e-mail to send.
To access SherWare's online support forums, select this option to automatically open your Internet browser to our Online Support Forum.
