Maintain > AFE Files > AFE Options

The AFE Options screen will allow you to specify a Cost Plus percentage to be added to the owner's share of expense, as well as any Location fees that should be added to the AFE. This screen will also allow you to have the system allocate AFE expenses to owners on JIB statements.

Cost Plus Pct
Enter the whole percentage to be added to the AFE costs.

Location Fee
Enter the amount of the location fee to be added to the AFE.

Allocate Expenses to Owners on JIBs
This option will allow you to allocate AFE expenses to owners on their JIB statements, so that expense can be billed out to the owner during the run closing.
