Security

The Disbursement and JIB Manager includes a security manager that provides several security services. These services include:

  • User and Group level control over access to your data. This includes everything you need to manage user access, including logon dialogs and user account management.
  • A flexible system of user privileges and groups is provided, under the control of the security registry.
    Record Authentication Checksums allow you to maintain a keypad checksum for each record in a table, so that you can detect any changes to the data, which are made outside of the control of your application.
  • Event Logging and Audit Trails for recording critical events and data changes made by your application. The logged events can then be traced to the user who initiated them.
