Lists all expense code names and descriptions.
First/Last Category
Select the range of categories you would like to include on the report.
Only Include AFE Categories
This option will exclude any categories from the report that are not marked as AFE categories.
Include QuickBooks Posting Accounts
When marked, the QB accounts specified for each expense code will be listed on the report. These are the accounts used for owner and vendor posting.
Automatically runs a report showing a list of all revenue category names and descriptions.
Automatically runs a report showing a list of all the options selected in the Preferences window under the Edit menu.
Lists the defined master meters and the wells that are attached to each meter.
Automatically runs a report showing a list of all Pumpers setup on the Pumper Information window.
A listing of all of your Purchasers.
Beginning/Ending Purchaser
Select the first and last purchaser in the list of purchasers that you would like to view.
Automatically runs a report showing a list of all of the periods that have been closed along with the date and time the period was closed.
Re-prints all the reports that are generated when the revenue run is closed.
Run No
Select the run that you want to view the closing summary for.
Generate Closing Summary Page Only
This option will limit the report to only th first page of the closing summary reports. This allows you to exclude the suspense activity detail.
Print Report by well
When you close the revenue run, it will show you any differences between revenue, expenses or taxes entered and the amounts that were actually allocated to owners. If you have large differences, mark this option to find the problem wells. Any well with a rounding amount greater than $.50 will appear on this report, allowing you to find where the problem lies.

When printing the report by well you can mark this option. With this option marked the report will only show wells that had a rounding amount on the run closing. This allows you to quickly determine what wells are having issues.
Suspense Activity Displayed on the report:
Following along with the calculation that determines the ending deficit balance can seem a little tricky at first. Here is the logic behind the calculation and what is displayed on the report.
Current Deficit Balance - Deficits Covered + Deficits Held + Deficits Transferred = Current Deficit Balance
Re-prints all the reports that are generated when the JIB run is closed.
Run No
Select the run you would like to view the report for.
Print Report by Well
Will break the report down and show a summary page for each well instead of one summary of all wells.

When printing the report by well you can mark this option. With this option marked the report will only show wells that had a rounding amount on the run closing. This allows you to quickly determine what wells are having issues.
Creates a Check Register showing all of the owners who had an amount Direct Deposited and the amount that the was deposited. This will only show the transactions for the selected run.
Run No
Select the run you would like to view the report for.
Generate Closing Summary Page Only
Will limit the report to only show the closing summary page.
Automatically displays a log of any errors and messages that the software encounters during use.
Once you dismiss the report a message will appear asking you if you would like to email the report to SherWare support. If you have reported or will be reporting an issue related to what was showing on the report then you can send the email. If not, then you do not need to send it.
You will also receive a message asking you if you would like to clear the report. This will just erase all of the past errors. It is not necessary to do this but can be done if you would only like the report to show errors since the last time you have viewed the report.
