Well/Interest Listing

The Well/Interest Listing Report prints a list of all wells which includes: Well ID, Well Name, Township, County, State, Permit No., and Parcel. You can also print a well listing that includes the owners and their interests for each well.

Sort By
Choose whether the report should be sorted by Well ID or the Well Name.

First Well ID
The first well ID in the range of well IDs to process for the report.

Last Well ID
The last well ID in the range of well IDs to process for the report.

Group
The group of wells to include in the report.

Status
The status of wells to run the report for.

Owner Type
When the option is marked to Include Owner Interests this field will be enabled. It allows you to view the report for all, royalty, override, or working interest owners.

Include Well Notes
This will include the notes for the well on the report. These are the notes stored in the Well Information record.

Include Owner Interests
If not checked = Report each well with just the summary well information.
If checked = Report each well with the owners and their interests. If this option is marked, you are given the options of what type of owners you want to print it for, and whether to include the owner addresses or not. If an owner is a Dummy Owner, this sign: ~ will appear in front of the owner ID.

Start a New Page For Each Well
Check this box to force each well to its own page on the report.

Expanded - Includes All Interests
Check this box to report all interest classes for each owner on the report.

Show Owner Addresses
Includes the owner address on the reports.

Mask Tax ID Numbers on Report
A security option that replaces the Tax ID with asterisks so that it is not included on the report.

Show Interests as of a Specific Run
If chosen, you are shown a drop-down list of all past closed periods. Selecting one will allow you to view a report showing how the owner interests appeared at that point in the past.
