Gross Production Report

Period/Year
Production Year/Period on which the report should be built.

Reporting Number
State assigned number that identifies the operator of the well.

Reversing Entry
Creates a reversing (negative) entry for the month. Used when an entire previous report should be reversed before a correcting entry is made.
