Each disposal site must be defined with its associated disposal permit number(s) in the Disposal Sites file. To access this screen, choose Disposal Sites from the Maintain/Brine Hauler Files menu.

Permits
Enter the disposal permit number(s) for this disposal site.

Disposal Site
Enter the name of the disposal site.

County
Enter the county the disposal site is in.

Township
Enter the name of the township this disposal site is in.

Method
Enter the method of disposal such as SWIW for Salt Water Injection Well.
