Authorization For Expenditure
The authorization for expenditure module allows you to track expected expenses for a project that is broken out in detail with an estimate for each expense. As expenses come in you will be able to see the original estimate as well as the total expenses so far. This can be reported by well or by interest.
The AFE Capability is an optional module so your program may not have the ability to process AFE's. Contact SherWare Support if you are interested in adding this capability.
